Chefs at ISU dining will create the menu using products produced at the University including quality meats from the ISU Meat lab, produce from the ISU Horticulture Research Station, and delectable ice creams from ISU's new creamery. Prior to dinner, guests will experience a private, one-hour art tour featuring favorite collections or areas of campus, customized by Lynette Pohlman, Director of University Museums.
